You name it we will be happy to provide it!  Meal prep, on-line grocery orders, appointment management and advocacy and anything else "on your list".  We work side by side with you or at your direction, whatever you prefer!  We are a non-medical company.  However, we can provide most services (showering, personal hygiene, safe transferring from bed to wheelchair, etc.).  We are happy to direct you to local, quality services medical services should you need that.  Navigate to the "services" tab for more examples of tasks we could help you with.  

You can pay me by check, credit card or auto-draft from personal banking account.  We will set this up together in a way that works for you.

Most likely you can deduct some of these costs when you file your taxes but you will have to consult a tax professional to gain a better understanding.  My goal is to save you money by understanding and navigating local free services and avoid one-time fees associated with specialty vendors (i.e. $100 hour, as example, to show up and plug your monitor to your computer) or $130 per visit for plumber or handyman when it might be something I could easily do while I'm there!  I will figure it out in the course of our visit!  We do not guarantee our services will be covered under your insurance.  

Yes, by law I am required to provide a comprehensive background check, annually, on myself and all my "sisters" who serve you in your residence.  Please note if you hire someone (a friend, neighbor) no insurance or background checks are required.  

We are flexible and we are priced to market!   We will come see you for as little as one-hour or for an unscheduled check in (always charged for full hour unless otherwise agreed).  For any/all services under an hour we charge $45 per hr.  Note:  most agencies require a minimum 4 hours and minimum days per week.  If you commit to a regular schedule, as little as 3 hours a week, you will pay a lower rate: $40 hr.   Same day requests or weekends will be $50 hr.  

Any scheduled services that are canceled within 48 hours of service start will be payable by client.  

We don't require auto-draft from your bank or ask for you to pay in advance.  You pay weekly for work requested (by check, credit card, cash, Zelle).  We pride ourselves on being able to get to you at your time of need and can often get to you, in a pinch, same day.  We understand things change!
